Thriving in a Multi-Generational Workforce: (3 CEUs will be awarded)

There are five generations in today’s workforce – often times we hear labels about each generation. This course will allow participants to gain an understanding and a perspective on each, with the idea that we will not put each other in a “box”. We will have interactive discussions around motivation, the work life cycle, technology and discover ways to respect one another.
